Terri Tiemann, CSP, CAC
Principal

As Principal of Spotlight Search, Terri Tiemann leads the corporate vision, recruiting process, client development and managed services of the company. Terri brings a diverse business background, featuring experience across a wide range of industries including: New Media, Online Social Networking, Entertainment, Mobile, Gaming, Technology, and Staffing. Terri has the expertise and experience to assist companies in enhancing their strategic and organizational planning concepts through the recruiting process. She is known as a hands-on recruiter and has extensive experience in creating results with high-growth company situations, in corporate, agency, and start-up environments.

Prior to founding Spotlight Search, Terri was the Corporate Recruiter for the Hollywood Stock Exchange (HSX.com), in which she quadrupled the employee headcount in her first six months of employment. It was there that she developed her passion for convergence technology. Previously she spent several years in national agency environments. Prior to recruiting, Terri was a consultant for the Department of Defense assisting active duty military personnel and their families in work life balance issues including: relocation, transition into the civilian workforce, career counseling, and family life education. Terri received her Bachelors in Human Sciences from Texas Tech University. She is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) with the American Staffing Association and a California Accredited Consultant (CAC) with the California Staffing Professionals. She is the previous Public Relations Officer in the California Staffing Professionals, South Bay Chapter. She holds recruiting certifications in the fields of Wireless and IT. Terri is the past President of the Greater Los Angeles-Texas Tech Alumni Group. She is also a member the Los Angeles Alpha Phi Alumni Group.
 

Tammy Dean-Embry
Program Manager, Research & Recruiting

Tammy Dean-Embry is a seasoned human resources professional with years of experience in recruiting and retention services. She brings a special blend of industry knowledge including: New Media, Online Social Networking, Gaming, Entertainment, Consulting, Technology, Staffing, Financial Services and Fitness. Tammy has built customized staffing and retention strategies for highly successful organizations. She is dedicated to an innovative and unique approach through workforce development and human capital growth.

Prior to joining Spotlight Search, Tammy was a Rewards & Recognition Consultant for Countrywide Financial Corporation. She developed motivation strategies for a multitude of business units within the organization, aligning each with the strategic goals and vision of the corporation. Tammy has years of experience in the high tech industry recruiting and developing training programs for such esteemed companies as Cambridge Technology Partners, Intel Corporation, CSC, Claremont Technology Group, Accenture and the Hollywood Stock Exchange. She has also worked in the fitness industry developing staffing and retention strategies for 24 Hour Fitness.

Tammy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Radford University in 1994.

Lisa Leese
Operations Manager

As Operations Manager of Spotlight Search, Lisa Leese leads the administrative and organizational functions of the firm. She has exposure to a variety of industries including: Staffing, Engineering, Education, Medical, and Retail. Prior to Spotlight Search, Lisa spent several years as an Account Manager for Staffing Solutions, a national staffing agency. While at Staffing Solutions, she specialized in engineering, hardware, and manufacturing industries. In addition to recruiting, Lisa is a certified teacher. She enjoyed several years teaching in Houston's inner city public schools. Lisa received her Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders from the School of Allied Health at Texas Tech University in December of 1994.
