For clients who need assistance with periodic high volume staffing, Spotlight Search can provide a contract recruiter billable on an hourly basis. Upon wrap-up of the event, Spotlight Search with compile a detailed report of those networked and present all data to our clients for use with future sales, business development and recruitment efforts. Average results from our networking specialists are 80-100 names per consultant per day.
